Police aren't doing enough to tackle anti-social behaviour in Onchan.
That's the view of ex-Onchan MHK, and chairman of the Onchan Pensioners' Club, David Quirk.
He says elderly people in the village are being intimidated by teenagers who are behaving anti-socially and has described the behaviour as 'aggressive':
